By using BackgroundRemoverZ you agree to the following terms. We kept them short and written in plain language so you can actually read them.

Everything is free

All tools on this site are free to use. There are no premium plans, no credit systems and no hidden fees. You can process as many images as you want, as often as you want, without paying anything or creating an account.

You own your work

Every image you upload and every result you download belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership, license or rights over your content. Since processing happens in your browser, your files never reach our servers. We could not claim rights over them even if we wanted to.

Nothing is stored

We do not save your images, your edits or any data about your session. Close your browser tab and everything is gone. There are no accounts, no cloud storage and no history of what you did on this site.

No guarantees

The tools work well for most images, but we cannot promise perfect results every time. Complex backgrounds, low-resolution photos or unusual subjects may produce imperfect cutouts. We provide the tools as they are, without warranty of any kind.

Use it responsibly

Do not use these tools to edit images you do not have the right to use. Do not process content that is illegal in your country. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who abuses the service, though given the client-side nature of the tools this would be unusual.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running around the clock, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates or unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime. We will do our best to keep interruptions short.

Changes

We may update these terms if needed. Any changes will show up on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting the new terms.
